OVFO CSA Price Guide
At Oak Ridge Valley Farm Organics we offer many different shares for you to take a part in. This also means that your cost will be different depending on what shares you take part in. Below is a simple price guide to help you understand the different prices of the shares, and various add ons.
Main Shares
These are the main shares for our CSA. Each one can be paid in 3 equal payments, and runs from April thru December.

Weekly Add Ons
For the 2012 CSA we will offer our pasture fed Black Angus beef as well as pastured poultry. The beef and chicken will be raised here on our farm on our organic pastures and will be processed at an FDA approved processing plant. Both beef and chicken will be offered as a frozen product.
We haven't determined the prices for the beef and poultry, but they will be comparable to other pasture fed beef and poultry prices, most likely somewhat cheaper for the CSA members. Each add on is ordered weekly.

| The beef which will be offered will be ground lean beef, roasts, round steak, club steak, sirloin steak, T-bone steak, as well as beef liver. |
| Pastured Poultry |
| The pastured poultry will be offered as whole chicken, cut-up whole chicken, chicken breast, wings and legs, and chicken livers and gizzards. |
